About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to scheduling and perform operational audits across company areas, following the defined timeline;
Contribute to the standardization of audit processes, unifying programs, tests, reports and other tools used, aiming to act preventively and/or correctively and to recommend actions to meet established targets;
Monitor system implementation programs and the preparation of tax and fiscal planning for projects, aiming to reduce and/or mitigate non-conformities in performed activities;
Prepare and review audit reports by entering information collected during audits into the AAF system to identify, assess, classify and communicate findings and recommend corrective actions, aiming to ensure the integrity and reliability of management information for decision-making;
Participate in defining guidelines to standardize processes required for the development and improvement of the audit function;
Conduct physical inventory counts, through the system and by sampling, to perform on-site audits comparing recorded inventory with actual stock;
Guide regional staff to ensure compliance with legal requirements and with company-defined norms and procedures;
Provide internal consulting to company units, supplying information and recommendations to improve processes;
Monitor external and consortium audits as well as inspections at units, aiming to standardize the company’s processes/procedures;
Improve the relationship between the audit department and other business areas to reduce non-conformities and promote preventive internal auditing practices;
Seek broad and unrestricted access to all relevant information to optimize the department’s activities;
Contribute to internal client satisfaction and the maintenance of desired performance indicator levels by participating in the development of process improvement action plans;
Drive company vehicles, when necessary, provided duly licensed and authorized, as a necessary and mandatory condition for performing role-related duties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
Preferably more than 4 years of experience in related activities;
Strong knowledge of Internal Controls, Microsoft Office, Internet, Integrated Systems, Corporate Systems, Outlook, audit standards, procedures and processes.
Training matrix by role in accordance with NOR.TO3 Learning and Knowledge Management;
Knowledge matrix in accordance with the Asset Management Manual.
