About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Centralize and consolidate the company's purchasing plan, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines
Work with the finance team to integrate with the budget and track purchasing forecasts by procurement
Lead regular meetings with all company areas to review actual vs. planned (submission of purchase requisitions)
Coordinate with the corporate office in Colombia for reporting and strategic alignment
Monitor the department budget by analyzing expenses, identifying variances and proposing actions to ensure adherence to the approved budget
Support the analyst and intern in building and tracking procurement performance indicators
Prepare insights and scenario analyses to support procurement decision-making
Monitor purchase requisition entries and movements, ensuring efficiency and adherence to the plan, among other responsibilities relevant to the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and/or related fields
MBA, specialization and/or postgraduate degree preferred
Strong knowledge of budget management, performance indicators and advanced Excel
Experience with BI tools is desirable
Spanish at an intermediate/advanced level is a plus (due to interaction with Colombia)
