About the role

  • Apply methodologies and tools to identify, assess, measure, monitor, mitigate and report strategic risks
  • Support the development and monitoring of risk models, indicators and strategic risk scenarios
  • Monitor and assess the quality of data used to track indicators, provided by Risk Owners
  • Support business areas in continuous improvement of risk management and provide guidance on technical questions and on the methodology used within the company
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Directors, Committees and the Controller to support and provide information on risk management
  • Lead the process of identifying, measuring and reporting auction risks, M&A risks and risks related to other projects
  • Participate in Business Continuity Management activities, including: applying methodology to identify critical business processes; identifying associated risks for monitoring; supporting the development and monitoring of continuity plans; supporting the development, monitoring and lessons learned from crisis simulations; implementing communication plans and training for stakeholders, actively contributing to the company’s risk management culture, among other duties relevant to the area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics and/or related fields
  • Solid knowledge of: ISO standards related to corporate risk management (ISO 31000, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 37001, ISO 22301, among others); COSO ICIF; COSO ERM and COBIT frameworks; the Three Lines of Defense model (IIA); principles of risk-based auditing; business continuity (emergency, crisis, continuity and recovery); market tools such as BIA – Business Impact Analysis; basic knowledge of BPMN, process mapping/design software and integrated systems
