About the role

  • Serve as the technical lead for analysis and interpretation of data related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Develop, consolidate and maintain DE&I dashboards, reports and metrics.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps and trends.
  • Define and monitor Diversity goals and OKRs.
  • Ensure governance of diversity-related data.
  • Support HR teams and business areas with data and studies.
  • Conduct direct market benchmarking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, metrics and dashboard development.
  • Prior experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects or teams.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel or similar).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable, business-oriented insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques, data merging/cross-referencing and basic modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage different audiences.
  • Nice to have: experience with organizational culture, climate surveys and People Analytics.
