About the role

  • Enhance the existing methodology and lead risk identification meetings
  • Create and structure a Risk Committee to communicate findings and define action plans
  • Develop a tool for consolidating, monitoring, and reporting risks to senior leadership
  • Implement and evolve the lessons learned recording process
  • Propose improvements to existing procedures and tools
  • Engage relevant departments, monitor action plans, and develop indicators to measure effectiveness
  • Plan and execute annual audits based on published procedures
  • Identify gaps, prepare diagnostics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in Project Management, Quality Management, or Auditing preferred
  • Proven experience in risk management, quality, and process auditing
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
  • Creative, dynamic profile with strong verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong sense of accountability for deadlines and targets, curiosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Microsoft Office suite (MS Project and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
  • Project management tools and SharePoint
  • Visio, Blueworks (process flow/mapping tool)
  • Plus: experience in infrastructure or energy projects
  • Ability to develop tools and performance indicators
