Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical face of IS-Wireless for strategic clients and high-level engagements.
Lead the design and technical validation of full-stack 5G solutions for multi-million euro deals.
Work closely with the CTO to ensure the product roadmap meets market demands and technical excellence.
Own the technical strategy for complex tenders, ensuring our proposals are bulletproof and superior to traditional vendors.
Represent IS-Wireless at industry events and standards bodies as a leading expert in Open RAN.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in the Telecommunications industry with a profound understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, and Core architecture.
Practical knowledge of Open RAN architectures (O-RU, O-DU, O-CU, RIC) and disaggregated network design.
Proven track record in a Solutions Architecture or Technical Leadership role where your input directly resulted in major contract wins.
Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders while maintaining absolute credibility with engineers.
Fluent English: Operating on a global stage, leading negotiations with international partners and clients.
Experience with defense sector requirements or highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of virtualization, cloud-native infrastructure, and modern networking stacks.
Active participation in industry bodies (e.g., O-RAN Alliance, 3GPP).
