Partner Account Manager – International

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ecosystem Growth: Identify and recruit strategic system integrators and technology partners.
- Partner Enablement: Train and support partners to ensure they can effectively sell and deploy IS-Wireless solutions.
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
- Pipeline Management: Drive indirect revenue by managing the partner sales pipeline and supporting complex deals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, high-value relationships with partner leadership teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Partnership Mastery: 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances in the IT/Telco sector.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to build and execute complex channel strategies that align with company growth goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the value of Open RAN and disaggregated networks to partner teams.
- Market Network: Existing relationships with major system integrators or telco partners in Western Europe.
- Fluent English: Ability to lead negotiations and workshops in an international environment.
