Electrical Design Project Manager
IS@TALENTProject Engineer handling electricity studies for critical industrial projects in Paris. Involved in technical decisions and project execution from design to completion.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical architectures (distribution, backup, redundancy)
- Prepare calculation notes, power balance reports, and written documentation
- Lead and validate the production of drawings and schematics (with design and BIM teams)
- Analyze, challenge, and optimize contractors' bids
- Own the technical decisions for your scope
- Provide the technical interface with construction teams (approvals, follow-up, adjustments)
- Participate in commissioning phases and pre-acceptance activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in an electrical power design office/engineering consultancy
- Experience on industrial projects only (data centers, hospitals, water treatment, industrial facilities)
- Comfortable with technically complex projects
- Interest in demanding environments and short project cycles
- Occasional travel during the construction phase
- Working proficiency in English
