About the role

  • Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for Iru’s identity platform, aligned with company strategy and enterprise customer needs
  • Own core IAM capabilities, including authentication (SSO, MFA), authorization (RBAC/ABAC), identity lifecycle management, and policy-driven access
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within the identity and security landscape
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, balancing security, usability, and scalability in product decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on requirements, positioning, and delivery
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for identity features
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments based on customer impact, risk reduction, and business value

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of platform or enterprise SaaS products
  • Required experience working on identity and access management (IAM) products, identity platforms, or adjacent security domains
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and policy-based access control
  • Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and SCIM
  • Proven track record of delivering complex products from ideation to launch in collaboration with engineering and design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear product direction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and partnering closely with engineering teams
  • **Required to work on-site 3x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).**
