About the role
- Oversee end-to-end logistics for training programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion
- Schedule training sessions and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage training materials, resources, and documentation
- Maintain and update the training calendar
- Prepare and distribute training materials in advance of sessions
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS)
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
- Track participation, attendance, and completion rates
- Identify opportunities to improve training programs, processes, and overall participant experience
Requirements
- Around 5 years or more of project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, professional correspondence
- Experience creating comprehensive documentation and translating complex information into accessible content
- Strong ability to anticipate needs, proactively identify potential issues, and keep projects on track with minimal supervision
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
- Previous experience in training coordination strongly preferred
