Director, Professional Services – EDO
Irth SolutionsDirector of Professional Services overseeing delivery and sales of services for Infrastructure Land Management product line. Leading cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and client success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Own the ILM Professional Services practice end-to-end—driving both services revenue growth and delivery excellence across implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing managed services.
- - Drive services sales in partnership with the Account Executive team—owning pipeline development, solution scoping, SOW and proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- - Build and lead the ILM professional services team; set hiring plans, performance standards, and career development paths for implementation consultants, project managers, and land management SMEs.
- - Serve as the senior customer point of accountability; establish executive relationships, translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps, and oversee implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
- - Own the ILM services P&L; manage delivery governance, resource utilization, revenue forecasting, and margin performance; report results and escalations to Irth leadership.
- - Develop repeatable ILM service offerings, implementation playbooks, and enablement assets; partner with Product to feed customer insights back into the roadmap and keep methodology current with product capabilities.
- - Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Support to identify expansion opportunities, drive net revenue retention, and represent Irth’s ILM practice at industry events and customer advisory boards.
- - Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - 15+ years’ experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role accountable for services delivery and revenue growth.
- - Demonstrated track record growing a services practice or book of business, including pre-sales, SOW development, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- - Proven people leader with experience building and scaling professional services teams; strong financial acumen and ability to manage a services P&L in a fast-paced environment.
- - Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy, delivery status, and business cases to C-suite stakeholders at both Irth and customer organizations.
