About the role

  • Preparation of regular business reporting for Regional, Area and Branch Managers
  • Regular calculation of KPIs and associated variance analyses
  • Independent and comprehensive preparation of target/actual comparisons
  • Proactive point of contact for decentralized units on business-controlling matters
  • Contribution to the continuous development of group-wide controlling tools
  • Regular forecast and budget planning
  • Support in the introduction and implementation of new KPIs, IT software and process standards

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics/business administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
  • 5+ years of solid business administration experience, particularly in Controlling
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); macro programming is an advantage
  • Experience with management information systems such as Lucanet and Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to communicate appropriately with different target groups and a strong team player
