• Preparation of regular business reporting for Regional, Area and Branch Managers
• Regular calculation of KPIs and associated variance analyses
• Independent and comprehensive preparation of target/actual comparisons
• Proactive point of contact for decentralized units on business-controlling matters
• Contribution to the continuous development of group-wide controlling tools
• Regular forecast and budget planning
• Support in the introduction and implementation of new KPIs, IT software and process standards

• Execute and ensure accurate payroll and salary processing
• Record all payroll-relevant data including tax and social security information
• Manage reporting and certification requirements and maintain master data
• Implement salary adjustments, special payments and company pension schemes
• Prepare reports and support monthly and annual closings
• Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility
