About the role
- Execute and ensure accurate payroll and salary processing
- Record all payroll-relevant data including tax and social security information
- Manage reporting and certification requirements and maintain master data
- Implement salary adjustments, special payments and company pension schemes
- Prepare reports and support monthly and annual closings
- Contribute to and optimize HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training plus additional qualification in human resources
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Sound knowledge of labor, social insurance and tax law
- Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
