• Country-level controlling: Responsible for one or more national subsidiaries, including forecast, budget and performance analyses
• Monthly reporting: Consolidation and analysis of monthly results, development of KPIs, presentation to the CFO and Group Management
• Business partner: Sparring partner for country and site leaders on financial and operational matters
• Transformation program: Active participation in the group-wide performance and efficiency program, including PMO support
• Process improvement: Support standardization, reporting automation and the implementation of digital tools (including LucaNet, BI and ERP environments)
• Contribute to presentations for shareholders and banks
• Special projects: Independently and collaboratively design and implement change projects
