- Responsible for educating patients regarding home monitors and providing ongoing support
- Meet outbound/inbound call volume quota
- Manage client accounts

- Responsible for educating patients regarding remote monitoring
- Enrollment of patients' information and equipment ordering
- Technical support knowledge of remote monitors
- Assist with remote monitor setup and maintaining connection

- Discuss general insurance coverage with patients
- Insurance verification and check benefits
Requirements
- Spanish Speaking Required
- Professional Communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
