Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop testing roadmaps and optimization plans designed to improve business outcomes.
  • Recommend channel investment strategies and budget allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded service adoption.
  • Lead strategic onboarding and discovery efforts for new client engagements.
  • Partner with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Creative, Analytics, Development, Local Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance while respecting channel ownership and subject matter expertise.
  • Support internal teams with market research, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership, process improvements, and strategic best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, account strategy, marketing consulting, or agency environments.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and performance insights to clients or business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing strategy and how multiple channels work together to drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple digital marketing disciplines and working knowledge across paid, organic, content, local, email, and analytics channels.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-location, healthcare, multifamily, higher education, franchise, or B2B marketing programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools preferred.
  • Understanding of AI-powered search experiences, AEO, attribution frameworks, and conversion optimization preferred.
