About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You support our tender and proposal processes and ensure structured, high-quality documentation.
  • You structure, edit and standardise proposal documents, CVs, references, and project descriptions.
  • You develop templates and standard texts further and prepare presentations for assessments and client meetings.
  • You maintain bid-relevant content in our systems and contribute to efficient turnaround times and high proposal quality.
  • You create and publish job advertisements and coordinate interviews as well as communication with applicants.
  • You prepare candidate profiles and maintain documentation and systems.
  • You support the planning and organisation of onboardings and ensure a structured entry for new employees.
  • You prepare decision documents and presentations and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • You keep track of pending tasks and follow-ups and organise internal documents.
  • You coordinate internal initiatives and provide operational support to management in day-to-day business.
  • You assist with quality assurance and documentation as well as maintaining templates and guidelines.
  • You contribute to internal communication, knowledge management and document maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong organisational skills and enjoy coordination and administrative responsibilities.
  • You are discreet, reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and ideally good knowledge of French.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience in recruiting, bid management, project assistance or in a consulting/IT environment is an advantage.
  • A good sense of language and enjoyment in preparing presentations and documents round off your profile.
