About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct requirements analyses in large digitization and migration projects
- Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort/cost estimation
- Outline use cases and process models and prepare business cases
- Plan, implement, and develop complex IT solutions and coordinate all development assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
- Experience with digitization and migration projects
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented working approach
- IREB and HERMES certification (or willingness to obtain these in the near term)
- Very good German and good French language skills
