About the role
- Conduct requirements analyses in large-scale digitalization and migration projects
- Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort and cost estimation
- Outline use cases and process models and develop business cases
- Plan, implement, and develop sophisticated IT solutions and coordinate all development assignments
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
- Experience with digitalization and migration projects
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- IREB and HERMES certification (or willingness to obtain them in the near term)
- Excellent German and good French language skills
