About the role
- Report to the Technical Services Manager and ensure Ironclad delivers accurate and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, VSQs and other questionnaires
- Manage the development of RFx & VSQ responses for the GTM team
- Develop and maintain standard response content used by the RFx team and other GTM members to accelerate response generation
- Organize and coordinate subject matter experts for responses when needed
- Execute support request and bid qualification processes in alignment with GTM leadership to scale the function
- Maintain proposal and content management tools in collaboration with GTM operations team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the RFx process through adoption of new tools and technologies
Requirements
- Solid experience with managing proposal and response creation projects, ideally at a SaaS product company
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- A passion for detail and quality
- Experience in professional and technical writing and editing
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a relevant, accessible way
- Strong empathy and desire to understand customer needs and goals, including in direct communication with customers
- Very collaborative team player who fosters strong working relationships across teams
