National Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts
- Plan, develop, and execute the sales strategy at the national and regional level
- Own and manage assigned key and strategic accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deepen customer penetration
- Develop and execute plans to drive year-over-year revenue growth for strategic accounts
- Prospect and secure new strategic accounts to drive new business
- Promote cross-selling of Ironclad products within assigned accounts
- Evaluate and recommend new product lines when applicable
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to facilitate and execute geographic expansion plans
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Ironclad
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial, petrochemical, or containment box industry required
- At least 3 years of field sales experience at the regional or national level required
- Proven ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new accounts
- Ability to manage accounts effectively in an assigned territory
- Up to 50% overnight travel required within the assigned territory
- Regularly required to travel and enter customer sites, including exposure to odors, fumes, and dust
