About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and client communications.
  • Organize documentation, reports, and project records.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an IT Virtual Assistant, IT Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.

  • Understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
