About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage calendars, appointments, and client communications.
- Organize documentation, reports, and project records.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with system setup, software installations, and user administration.

- Monitor and escalate technical issues as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an IT Virtual Assistant, IT Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of C++ programming.
- Understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
