Key responsibilities & impact

Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, quality control, and leadership for project execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for our government customer
Provide management and oversight of our team (including subcontractors)
Facilitate communications between our team and our government customer
Use industry best practices and proven methodologies to document customer requirements and monitor performance
Provide a collaborative, responsive interface for our government customer while delivering on customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of program management experience in large government programs
Broad and thorough knowledge of Air Force and DoD corporate processes
Experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing enterprise-wide professional support services contracts
Extensive knowledge in Air Force Civilian Engineer (CE) mission areas
Ability to collaborate with and lead complex teams
Extensive experience serving in a senior Air Force strategic and command position
Active Secret clearance
Master’s degree
