About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior systems engineer providing technical oversight across modernization initiatives
Lead technical requirements development to support COTS implementation and integration
Support system and network environment setup, including configuration and validation
Oversee and contribute to system testing, release management, and deployment activities
Identify and assess technical risks, gaps, and opportunities impacting solution delivery
Develop and present analysis of alternatives (AoA) to support informed decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with program goals
Ensure adherence to schedules, milestones, and strategic plans through proactive engagement
Provide architectural guidance to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in systems engineering or solution architecture within complex IT environments
Experience supporting system modernization efforts and COTS implementations
Strong understanding of system integration, architecture design, and lifecycle management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Integration Architecture – P4 (Expert)
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – P4 (Expert)
