Develop, review, and maintain ATO and ATC packages in alignment with cybersecurity requirements and authorization standards
Perform in-depth cybersecurity analysis to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement within system documentation and configurations
Create, update, and validate technical artifacts and cybersecurity documentation to support authorization efforts
Track and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), ensuring timely updates and resolution of identified issues
Identify, assess, and document cybersecurity risks and threats, escalating critical concerns to leadership as needed
Support the development of technical briefings, client deliverables, and cybersecurity artifacts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and system requirements
Contribute to the successful implementation and sustainment of electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Requirements

Experience supporting ATO and/or ATC package development and cybersecurity authorization processes
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and assessment methodologies
Experience creating and maintaining cybersecurity documentation and technical artifacts
Familiarity with POA&M tracking, risk identification, and mitigation processes
Ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred: Experience working in healthcare or supporting electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards and authorization processes
Background in government or federal contracting environments
