💰 $140,000 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Coordinate the intake, triage, and prioritization of new business and technical requests across the program
- Facilitate efficient processes for intake items, ensuring alignment with program goals
- Support modernization initiatives through structured request governance and stakeholder engagement
- Manage resources, timelines, stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met and objectives are achieved
- Establish and manage the intake process
- Maintain oversight for project schedule and milestones
- Provide comprehensive project and program management support services
- Project scheduling and planning
- Project tracking and risk management
- Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders
- Identification and tracking of organic growth opportunities
- Develop trusted customer relationships at all levels of their organization and communicate on a regular cadence
- Manage customer engagement with responsibility for customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership
- Support Business Development involving subcontract portfolio, including past performance write-ups and technical reviews
- Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as needed
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- 8-10 years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience as a consultant working with clients in the federal government, current VA clearance is a plus
- Self-starter/independent thinker with demonstrated ambition to take on new roles with increasing responsibility with limited guidance and direction from management
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to facilitate meetings with senior levels of management
- Adept at project and change management
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite required
- Experience with SAFe Methodology
- Experience with Jira and Planview
