About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve production platform issues within target SLAs
  • Partner with Scrum teams and Product Owners to estimate, design, and onboard new platform features and minor enhancements
  • Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Follow design patterns, exception handling, and Salesforce governor limits
  • Coordinate with centralized release management teams to ensure safe deployments
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across enterprise Salesforce user groups
  • Communicate effectively with management levels during issues or escalations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud components, specifically Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI/components, web service APIs, and performance optimization within governor limits
  • Production support and business operation recovery experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all management levels
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or equivalent experience
  • US Citizenship
  • Residency in the US mainland
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
