About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct operational risk assessments across warehouses and distribution centres to design and implement tailored security protocols
- Direct third-party guard providers, managing contract performance, compliance obligations, and service delivery across assigned facilities
- Collaborate with Global Real Estate and system integrators to deploy and maintain access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems
- Coordinate root cause analyses for theft, loss, or security breaches
- Implement preventive actions and loss prevention controls
- Ensure adherence to TAPA and CTPAT standards
- Track key performance metrics
- Support security integration for new facility launches
- Partner with warehouse and transportation teams to strengthen regional supply chain security and resilience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Numerous years of experience in physical security, logistics security, or operational risk management within supply chain or warehouse environments
- Strong knowledge of TAPA and CTPAT standards
- Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and facility protection measures
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendor relationships
- Proven ability to lead complex incident investigations
- BA/BS degree or professional security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
