About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deliver the regional vision for Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist services across EMEA
- Build data-driven risk mitigation strategies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in regional employment laws
- Complex Employee Relations investigations
- Managing multi-country union or Works Council relationships across EMEA
- Strong knowledge of modern Human Resources technology solutions
- Data analytics strategies
- Hybrid internal/outsourced service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop regional teams
- Successfully influence senior stakeholders
- Success in leading organizational transformations
- A valid Human Resources certification, such as CIPD or SHRM-CP/SCP
