About the role

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Iron Mountain's Lockbox Automation offering.
  • Identify and target key customer segments and industries for lockbox solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including pricing, marketing initiatives, and enablement programs.
  • Lead the development of DXP solutions for lockbox automation including validation, workflow orchestration, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams (DXP, IDP, IMTrack) to build requirements for workflow automation, transaction splitting, classification, extraction, and validation.
  • Oversee integration of technology and operations to ensure seamless delivery of the lockbox offering.
  • Recommend and align on equipment (e.g., Opex Eagles, Falcons, Raptors, Kodaks) to reduce manual intervention and accelerate processing.
  • Work with engineering to build reporting for internal use and customer personas.
  • Ensure IMTrack capabilities provide chain of custody and end-to-end visibility and security for lockbox transactions.
  • Address technical requirements: return check requests in DXP from CheckAlt, mail float, priority processing, exception handling, internal SLA monitoring, and automated invoicing.
  • Develop comprehensive Operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standardize lockbox operations.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in lockbox operations to support product strategy and deal solutions.
  • Contribute to location strategy for lockbox operations hubs and partner with operations SMEs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the financial services or payment processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of lockbox operations, check processing, and remittance management.
  • Experience with content management platform and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) for workflow automation and data extraction.
  • Familiarity with equipment used in check processing, such as OPEX Falcon Red, Bluecrest mail sorter, IBML Raptor, Opex Eagles, Falcons, Raptors, and Kodaks.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with SaaS offerings (preferred).
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA) related to financial data (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
