About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Purchase Order setup, handle comprehensive billing workflows for all United States and Canadian benefit vendors, and support the Annual Open Enrollment execution.
  • Resolve escalated employee and vendor benefits inquiries, managing advanced cases within the ServiceNow platform with high-quality customer care.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to draft, review, and test system configuration requirements and design targeted, employee-facing benefits communications.
  • Maintain operational compliance for assigned benefits by monitoring legislative updates, leveraging data reporting to provide operational insights, and developing clear standard operating procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in benefits administration and financial billing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of North American benefits administration processes, vendor management practices, and intricate plan documents.
  • Proven capability in aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing data sets, census files, and operational reports, with highly preferred practical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, structural problem-solving, and managing complex vendor purchase orders and invoice reconciliations.
  • A proven ability to prioritize competing operational initiatives, articulate clear process workflows, and manage high-stakes priorities smoothly.
