  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, senior leadership, and key external vendors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with international legal, financial, and legislative regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive and progressive experience in international benefits design and administration across markets outside of the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial drivers behind international program costs.
  • Proven ability in transformational change leadership, high-stakes decision-making, and managing complex, matrixed global stakeholder relationships.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related industry-standard certification (e.g., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) is preferred.
