About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and maintain a durable global SEO foundation across 60+ country websites, ensuring high-performance indexing, clean site architecture, and standardized regional blueprints to deliver high-quality organic results.
  • Lead AI and search innovation by developing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, tracking conversational search prompts, and partnering with the Paid Search team to build a unified, multi-channel search strategy.
  • Drive business growth and cultivate an internal SEO culture by building intuitive organic dashboards, championing search best practices across the Web, Product, and Brand teams, and mentoring team members with an experimentation-focused mindset.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ideally within a large, matrixed Business-to-Business (B2B) organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, on-page optimization best practices, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush.
  • Proven ability in translating search, competitor, and behavioral data into actionable content strategies, while remaining highly adaptable to evolving AI trends and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
