About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and organize local employee files and documentation while ensuring full adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Partner with internal teams and our outsourcing partners to resolve employee lifecycle cases and manage local benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of local government reports and manage complex compliance tasks, such as employment-related documentation and the global offboarding process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a Human Resources administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (such as Workday), case management tools (such as ServiceNow), and Google Suite.
  • Proven ability in handling confidential information with discretion and managing time effectively in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Native German language, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
