Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Operational Excellence & Stabilization: Conduct deep-dive reviews of throughput and cost drivers to implement pragmatic improvements and ensure consistent SLA adherence.

Manage Transformation & Sustainable Exit: Moderate the interfaces between IT and Operations, ensuring all routines are documented for a smooth handover to internal ownership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Operational Excellence Expertise: Deep understanding of throughput, quality metrics, and SLA management, ideally within high-volume BPO, scanning, or logistics environments.
