Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee full-cycle program management for diverse government projects, including risk mitigation, financial forecasting, and contract compliance to ensure total client satisfaction and on-budget delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Information Technology teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile environment to optimize go-to-market speed and streamline product delivery capabilities across a geographically dispersed team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years specifically dedicated to Project or Program Management.
Strong knowledge of the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector or Federal government standards.
Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization with the skill to influence and coordinate with various functional departments without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred).
US Citizenship is required for this role to meet government contract requirements.
