Change Manager – Deal Operations Center

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute Change Frameworks: Apply consistent change management processes and tools (such as Prosci) to conduct impact analyses and develop comprehensive transition plans that maximize solution adoption.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional leadership and diverse global teams to align change strategies with broader business objectives and facilitate workshops that guide employees through organizational transitions.
- Drive Engagement & Learning: Design and deliver internal communications and targeted training programs to upskill employees, ensuring all team members are aligned with company values and new operational processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, or organizational development roles.
- Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks , specifically proven experience applying Prosci methodology to drive successful project adoption.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement , with the skill to influence at all levels and tailor complex messaging to diverse audiences across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
