Key responsibilities & impact

Create and manage a cost and commercial management process while ensuring project forecasts align with current funding, billings, and month-end/yearly close-out activities.
Support the change control process by evaluating budget revisions, reviewing contractor invoices, and flagging potential risks or changes in a timely and transparent manner.
Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the development of governance and training materials while ensuring all projects operate within approved parameters and organizational standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience in the delivery of mission-critical construction projects, specifically within corporate real estate or military settings.
Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and the use of cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders through logical arguments, think creatively, and operate with substantial independence.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications like PMP or P.E. are industry-standard and highly desirable.
