Write and edit executive summaries and pursuit materials that articulate strategic messaging in a compelling, persuasive manner while ensuring "one-voice" consistency across documents.
Collaborate with Opportunity Owners and Subject Matter Experts to capture, shape, and synthesize complex technical information into clear, grammatically correct content.
Ensure all professionally produced proposal content is compliant with government regulations and organizational standards while maintaining the master proposal content library.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in government proposal development, including at least 3 years specifically in a Proposal or Technical Writer role.
Strong knowledge of the government acquisition process, contracting regulations, and industry proposal best practices.
Proven ability in multi-tasking and transforming technical details into responsive proposals using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and Google Suite.
A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Association of Proposal Management Professionals certification is preferred.
