About the role

  • Qualifying requirements and responsibilities: Complex Document Creation & Review: Create complex Pricing Models, pricing Quotes/Price Schedules, and other documents as needed. Create/Review opportunity documents for completeness and accuracy to ensure a complete Contract Package. Submit Contract Package for execution via E-Signature platform. Manage opportunity progression on complex deals and/or in-country opportunities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting & Communication: Create various custom/complex reports and/or presentations; analyze data and provide feedback; import, consolidate, format, and analyze customer and sales data from multiple systems; monitor SLAs and provide status reports; update on deal and price performance; translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Information & Compliance Support: Complete complex Due Diligence, Quality Assurance, Information Security Questionnaires, and other Requests for Information documents; act as a trusted Global partner to ensure internal policies and processes.
  • Team Collaboration & Process Improvement: Assist in training new team members; identify opportunities to improve the sales process; lead small-scale process improvements; other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Mandatory fluency in English; preferred fluency in other international languages, with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication.
  • A University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and provide complete and accurate documents during the entire life cycle of the opportunity.
  • Business Acumen & Translation: Ability to recognize and identify process breakdowns or situations that are not the norm and have the ability to provide insights, feedback, and solutions.
  • Professional communication skills; interpersonal skills are a key component of the role; must be able to build rapport and work collaboratively with internal and external business partners.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to change and show a willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques of working, quickly and easily.
  • Must demonstrate excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: including prioritization, scheduling, time management, responsiveness, and a sense of urgency in order to manage multiple concurrent SLAs.
  • Ability to multitask, quickly switch your focus or your demands to manage multiple concurrent SLA’s.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Technical Understanding & System Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and pricing tools.
  • Preferred experience in Salesforce.com.
  • Commitment to mastering Iron Mountain's core internal systems.
