About the role
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Software, Software as a Service (SaaS) assets—including onboarding, renewals, and usage optimization—to ensure accurate inventory and subscription entitlements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Information Technology (IT) Operations to review contracts, manage renewals, and align licensing with enterprise security policies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards by identifying "Shadow IT," analyzing usage trends to reduce waste, and supporting internal or external audits with accurate reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), with a strong professional focus on Software and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Strong knowledge of complex licensing models (user-based, consumption, and tiered) and deep proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow SAM Professional, Flexera, or Snow Software.
- Proven ability in data analysis using Excel, Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), or Tableau to translate complex license data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
