About the role
- Execute Opportunity-to-Revenue Verification: Meticulously verify that all required documentation—including pricing approvals, quotes, schedules, contracts, and Statements of Work—is accurately attached and aligned with company policies.
- Maintain Data Accuracy and Validation: Collaborate with stakeholders to validate that the Total Annual Amount and Total Contract Value are calculated correctly and consistently documented across all primary and opportunity products.
- Ensure Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal processes for booking verification and organizational standards while proactively identifying bottlenecks to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Some years of experience in a senior sales support function or a related commercial operations role.
- Strong knowledge of global booking policies and multi-country sales processes, including experience collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English and Greek with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication.
- A University Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
