About the role

  • Define and evolve the global software and cloud procurement strategy to achieve long-term cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and technology enablement that aligns with enterprise business goals.
  • Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leadership levels to shape high-impact enterprise agreements, commercial reciprocity initiatives, and strategic partnerships that drive reciprocal value creation.
  • Establish and refine standardized sourcing policies, supplier segmentation models, and contracting frameworks to ensure worldwide compliance with organizational standards and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, including at least 3 years of leadership experience managing global teams and governing enterprise-scale spend.
  • Strong knowledge of the software and cloud vendor landscape, including major hyperscalers and enterprise-license providers, with a deep understanding of how cloud economics drive Profit and Loss (P&L) and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA).
  • Proven ability in executive partnership and talent development, with a track record of advising C-suite leaders on complex deal recommendations and mentoring procurement professionals to build a high-performance culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Finance; a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) accreditation is preferred.
