About the role
- Lead the development and enforcement of quality control guidelines, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), Finance, Legal, and external third-party payroll providers to align payroll strategies, manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and optimize retained team processes.
- Manage the implementation of unified payroll technology, integrating systems with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Finance platforms to automate multi-country calculations, reduce errors, and enhance scalability.
Requirements
- Significant payroll management experience, preferably supporting multi-country operations.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll controls, compliance regulations, and experience with various Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Finance systems (such as WorkDay, Strada, ADP, or Oracle).
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward common goals, fostering a compliance-focused culture and managing vendor performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
