About the role
- Provide design and delivery of service functionality within agile development lifecycle
- Lead discussions with product management and cross-functional teams
- Track sprint progress and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Mentor developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Evaluate new technologies and drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience with Java and Python core backend application development
- Proficient with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgresql, MySQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, HIPAA, ISO 27001) is a plus
