About the role
- Lead strategic relationship management by executing account plans and conducting regular business reviews to align Iron Mountain’s solutions with customer goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to manage contract renewals, negotiate pricing, and identify cross-sell opportunities that drive account profitability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and local labor laws while utilizing data analytics to identify and mitigate customer churn risks.
Requirements
- Business fluency in both German and English.
- Experience (ideally 3+ years) in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role with a proven track record of meeting retention goals.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (such as Salesforce) and the ability to leverage data to identify business trends and growth opportunities.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving, with the interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
