About the role

  • Lead the global forecasting process for digital revenue and gross margin, developing sophisticated financial models that link bookings and billings to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and regional finance stakeholders to align sales pipeline data with go-to-market strategies and margin expansion goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by delivering consistent financial reporting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, and actionable variance analysis for executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with a specific focus on revenue and gross margin management within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and data tools, including advanced proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Proven ability in financial modeling and pipeline analysis, with a track record of synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
