About the role
- Lead strategic sourcing activities supporting mission-critical data center construction and expansion projects
- Plan, execute, and manage competitive sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve category sourcing strategies at a regional and global level
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or a related field
- Proven experience managing RFx processes and competitive bid sourcing for complex equipment requirements
- Experienced in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, process documents and workflows
- Proficient in gathering metrics, tracking savings, and preparing clear, data-driven reports for stakeholders
- Exhibits problem-solving skills, makes business recommendations and able to thrive in an ambiguous work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data center or infrastructure service provider a plus
