About the role
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a high-volume, dynamic portfolio of sales positions, delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Achieving agreed-upon time-to-fill targets for critical sales roles.
- Partner closely with Sales VPs and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their organizational needs and develop tailored, data-driven sourcing and talent attraction strategies to achieve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant data within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all hiring processes adhere to Iron Mountain organizational standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a specialized focus on sales talent acquisition in a competitive, enterprise environment (e.g., SaaS, B2B services).
- Strong knowledge of advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn/Talent Pool creation) and the ability to articulate value propositions for complex sales roles.
- Proven ability in managing a high-volume requisition load simultaneously, negotiating complex offers, and demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills.
